Acribond 120

ACRI- BOND 120 is a very fast curing, water thin, clear, solvent cement suitable for joining ABC, HIPS, PVC and PETG, which makes it an ideal glue for model-makers as well as sign fabricators. It is one part, easy to use adhesive that provides very strong bonding and a clear finish. Recommended application can be brush, syringe or needle applicator.
 

Contains

METHYL ETHYL KETONE > 60%
TETRAHYDROFURAN 20-40%

Instructions

Parts to be joined should fit without forcing and be clean. Apply adhesive with suitable applicator and assemble while parts are still wet. Press parts together in firm contact. ACRI-BOND 120 forms initial bond very quickly. Strength develops rapidly reaching full strength in 24 to 48 hours leaving no dry residue.

Recommended use

This adhesive has been design for bonding ABS, HIPS, PVC and PETG to itself. Also, shows good results bonding Acrylic to Polycarbonate, HIPS, ABS and PVC to itself. Test before use for other combinations.

• ACRI-BOND 120 mixed with ACRI-BOND 110

  Adding “body” to water-thin solvent for smooth flow and improves “gap filling”. When dry it will leave 7%, 15% or 20% clear acrylic resin. Acrylic resin film may interfere with other substrates so test before use.
